Hobbit Feet Slippers of Handspun Yarn
These are the slippers I wear most of the time. They are a knit sock, with locks of wool pulled through in a larks head knot all over the outside. Inside is a sheepskin insole. Toasty

This is my journey, the daily life of a fiber artist. It's all about the process.
I make handspun yarn, needle felted wall pieces, hand dyed roving and handknit just for fun.

Hey, where did you get the pattern for them. I love them. I would gladly pay for the pattern.
Aren't they wild. I love them and wear them all winter long. I just knit a sock with thick yarn. I guess I should write up a pattern eh?
That will have to be after Christmas I am afraid. But I will put it on my to do list.

Those are AWESOME!
These are slippers that the kids might actually wear. How well do they slide?
Off topic, I received the prize roving today, thank you so much! It's absolutely beautiful and the colors are what I would have chosen myself! What a lovely Christmas present!
Maybe it will get into my county fair entries next year...spun, of course! Hm...
Thanks again,
Wendy
